Vons, located at 5688 Telephone Rd, Ventura, CA, offers a convenient grocery shopping experience with a friendly atmosphere. Customers appreciate the good selection of produce, meats, and dairy, as well as the helpful pharmacy staff. The bakery is notable for its customizable cakes and party trays, and the deli provides a variety of options. Vons also features a floral department with exclusive products. Shoppers can take advantage of services like Grocery Delivery and DriveUp & Go™ for added convenience. However, some reviews mention issues with store security and product availability, particularly regarding sushi varieties. While some customers have encountered less-than-ideal service, many have been loyal to Vons for years and continue to enjoy their shopping experience, especially when using sales and promotions to save money.
