“To unload, come in from the west, and face east. You will be parked in the slow lane, but just turn your 4 ways on and you’ll be fine. They unload quickly and forklift driver is very polite and professional. The pallet jack doesn’t accommodate sideways pallets so make sure you have everything turned correctly. If you only have 1 or 2 pallets, try to get the drop before to put them at the door and he can just grab them with the forklift.”
