“I’m a vegetarian giving this butchery 5 stars ? I’ve reluctantly had to incorporate animal protein on a limited basis into my diet. I came here from reviews I’d read and I’m so glad I did. The guys here are humble, compassionate, friendly, educated, and helpful. I was so impressed with the person I spoke to, I didn’t catch his name but he was wearing a black “no smoking” brand hat - wow, he was so thoughtful of my experience buying animal protein again (for the first time in 10 years). He clearly cared, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and was genuinely compassionate. I was sad to learn the owner passed a couple years back (who had also been a vegetarian prior), and I was inspired by their mission to carry his legacy forward of compassionate butchery. They said “The animals here only have one bad day in their life” which was an honest motto I can respect. I’ll be back, guys. I can tell you understand community.??”
“Love their hot food bar. If you need to grab something quick it’s perfect, overpriced for regular grocery shopping though. Also they have the wrong times on their signage outside with the hours of closing.”

“I love how clean and organized everything is here. The produce is always fresh, good quality meats and there meat area is always super clean. Staff are real friendly and plenty parking. The only reason im giving 4stars is because they dont sell beer here. If your doing a BBQ you want everything in one store save you some extra trips.”

“I been in this market a few times, and it never disappoints me, great meat selection (I ordered marinated chicken it was supper delicious not salty but perfect with flavor) but everything time I purchase meat the butcher send it to the front, but I always forget. They also have a big selection of healthy and unhealthy drinks, and a decent selection of vegetables, fruits, and other good quality Mexican ingredients. My favorite part they are open Sundays!”

“I was in the K-town area looking for meats to cook at home and came across Olympic Choice Meat Market, so glad I did! I picked up beef tongue, kosal, and marinated short ribs, along with a few sauces the owner recommended, and everything was AMAZING.
The owner was super helpful and even gave me tips on how to cook everything at home, which made a huge difference. The quality of the meat was honestly better than what I’ve had at most all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ spots, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly marinated.
If you’re looking for high-quality meats, Korean BBQ cuts, or a great local butcher shop in Koreatown, I highly recommend Olympic Choice Meat Market. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

I normally go to Pavilions, Whole Foods or Ralph's to buy my steaks but there is no comparison to taste when it comes to the great quality meat that Conchita Market offers.”
