“I went in today and was in the worst mood dealing with customer service for over 2 hours trying to resolve an issue and receive my account number. I had been getting the run around all day and was upset with the hassle they were giving me just to get my account number so that I could get my new phone. “I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with my phone . I was having glitches and frozen screen issues. The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”

“My father has taken his phones here over the years to repair broken screens and to replace a broken speaker once (a german shepherd will sometimes find interesting things to chew on when bored!).So when my four year old HTC went dark on me, and I recovered from the panic, I felt comfortable and hopeful in trusting my phone with Jeff and Kevin. The phone itself could not be saved, as I fully expected (age and unavailability of parts, as HTC no longer makes phones). But Jeff worked tirelessly and diligently to retrieve and transfer all of my important information onto a new phone. I imagine it was tedious because the phone would only remain on for short increments of time before shutting down again. He was so kind and incredibly patient in answering my MANY questions, and salvaged everything I was concerned about losing, taking a lot of time in doing so, and keeping me up to date about the progress. He made the entire experience less stressful and I'm grateful for his expertise.”
