Satisfaction is not the key element of their services. If time is money, then the waste of time is a loss of money. And, it doesn't matter if you are on the phone with them or actually at post office, the problems being rectified is a loss so profound and inevitably a unit of life not well spent.

I went to get stamps. I heard voices in the back and workers walking around talking and laughing. No one was at the front desk. I said excuse me several times, they did not respond. It’s not even bad service, it’s no service.

This post office is pretty much dead, which is good given with how much certified & registered mailpieces I have to send.Just like my home post office back in Arcadia, the staff exceeded my expectations, especially with how they helped me when I had to mail internationally for the first time!
