I called and came in same day and after explaining what was going on, Klent checked on my car and very shortly after he found that my battery needed a new battery bracket and terminal clamp. You not only get in and out of there they don’t push on you like other oil change places to upsell you everything. Nothing wrong with telling Suggesting changing things when they need to be changed, but some Other businesses like this really push on you.

“Recently the check engine light came on in my car and it started running really rough. The first place I took my car to wanted to charge me a diagnostics fee prior to repairing my car.
When I took my car to Rick's Bruce at the front desk and his team took care of me without a diagnostics fee at what is half the price of the former place. And now my car runs much better.
If your car is in need of service I cannot give a higher recommendation for Rick's. I know I'll be returning for their services.”
