“I'm a senior citizen .Went to the Lodi staples today to make Returns. My phone was not getting WiFi. Employee name Chase Immediately noticed that I needed help. He took my phone and put WiFi on it. And help me with my returns. The world needs more people like Chase. He smiled at me ,he did not roll his eyes. Because I didn't know how to get WiFi inside the store. He just smiled and made my day. “Today Saturday I went to lockeford Usps I had a box that was too big for the slot inside the Usps they stay open till 10am on Saturday...I was disappointed that my box didn’t fit and said out loud (darn it doesn’t fit) ... just then a very nice lady open the main door and said I’ll take that for you... “My postal carrier forgot to give me a key for a package left in my parcel box. I assumed my package hadn't been delivered to the correct address. I called the US Galt Postal office and asked for assistance. Not only did a postal employee pick up the phone to talk to me, he drove out to my postal box, found the package and hand delivered it. The customer service is excellent! This was on Jan 24th at 1:30pm. I am very grateful.”
