Great experience at the Staples on Kettleman in Lodi. I came in for document lamination and Nancy helped me right away with a warm smile. She was very knowledgeable and even explained that some documents become invalid if laminated — something I didn’t know before. I appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail.
While waiting, Jamie noticed me at the register and immediately asked if I had been helped. Both employees were attentive and efficient. It’s refreshing to see such great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Imagine a one stop service center for mailing, receiving mail, buying stamps, getting Amazon packages and boxes, shredding, copying, scanning, or even getting a passport photo and fingerprints taken. All this and more are available with super friendly humans at The Postal Center located by BevMo and just across from Safeway.”

“Today Saturday I went to lockeford Usps I had a box that was too big for the slot inside the Usps they stay open till 10am on Saturday...I was disappointed that my box didn’t fit and said out loud (darn it doesn’t fit) ... just then a very nice lady open the main door and said I’ll take that for you... I was so pleased because now I wouldn’t have to wait till Monday to ship... and by the time I returned home my package had already been entered into the system... I went in to have important documents sent, and from the moment I walked through the door, John greeted me right away with a warm smile. Raquel and Gabe also immediately offered their greetings, which made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
What truly stood out to me was how well the team worked together. A steady stream of customers came in while I was there, yet John, Raquel, and Gabe remained consistently cordial, courteous, and attentive to every single client. No one felt rushed or overlooked. Each team member showed great initiative, professionalism, and genuine care in helping customers.

“My postal carrier forgot to give me a key for a package left in my parcel box. I assumed my package hadn't been delivered to the correct address. I called the US Galt Postal office and asked for assistance. Not only did a postal employee pick up the phone to talk to me, he drove out to my postal box, found the package and hand delivered it. The customer service is excellent! This was on Jan 24th at 1:30pm. I am very grateful.”

“I have been coming to this UPS for the past 12 years and with new ownership this place looks so much cleaner and welcoming. This past week, we went to Disneyland and I forgot my prescription glasses. Moms out there understand how stressful it can be packing for your entire family. Therefore, I had my daughter-in-law shipped it overnight ($132.64) which did not arrive until the morning we were leaving (5th day). I took the unopen package in store and spoke to the manager.
