Boot Barn offers a good amount of boot options for the entire family, with a lot of selection and numerous clothing and hat wear. The store is well-organized, clean, and looks bigger than before. While some clothing items seem a little overpriced, the prices are generally good. Customer service experiences vary; some staff are extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service, answering questions in great depth. However, other experiences report bad customer service with some staff seeming clueless. The business has demonstrated a willingness to make things right for customers, which has been appreciated. Many customers plan to return for their footwear needs.

I had a Stetson shipped here for pickup. All the workers here are great, especially Maria, who's also the resident hat shaper. She did an impeccable job cleaning and shaping the hat from the wears of transit. Happy 250th USA! 🇺🇲🦅
