“My family and I went here and we had an amazing experience. Bella and Amber were very helpful the entire time. It was my first time at Lane and Bryant. I have only ever gone to other bra places and was never really happy with their services. We went looking for new bras for me and Bella especially helped me find the perfect fit. She taught me a lot about bras I didn’t know about and showed me what was best for my body type. Through out the entire experience she was by my side and helping me. I would definitely come again, especially when she’s there.”

“One of my favorite HT locations even though it's one of the smaller ones I've been to. We all already know how limited the shops are in the High Desert, so it's nice that this particular Hot Topic doesn't follow the Las Vegas Hot Topics in posting all the pop drops on their social media. Yes, that's a double edge sword because you'd have to drive to this location (which is a pretty lengthy drive for me) and feel the disappoint when you see a bare pop wall or no new releases, but you also feel satisfaction when you randomly show up and a pop you've been wanting but refuse to pay resellers/flippers for have been waiting for your arrival! They've finally started to restock their pops, I was a little worried once that wall started becoming bare. They also have a kiosk outside and some of the most personable employees.”

“Absolutely happy with the customer service I received on Sunday 3/7/23 between 1-2 PM from the only young lady running the register counter by the body jewelry. More companies need to hire enthusiastic employees such as herself. She was extremely helpful, understood what I needed and pointed me to it. Thank you.”

“Great deals, lines make you start debating if it's worth it or not. Need more employees. I do not like them calling other customers up before they finish with you. Need a public bathroom at least for customers.”

“I came into the store today right before closing because I was in a rush and needed to find an outfit. Jamyee was extremely kind and welcoming and still took the time to help me even though the store was about to close. She was very patient and helped me put together an entire outfit that I absolutely loved. Her customer service was amazing, and she made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. She was friendly, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed. I really appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to help, especially at the end of the day. Jamyee is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like, and I would definitely come back because of the experience she gave me!”

“Meekal was very helpful and so sweet. She really took her time with me and showed genuine interest in my needs and concerns. She also has a great personality and very positive attitude. It was a refreshing interaction because I typically have had the opposite experience when visiting this place. Wonderful young lady!”
