“Met the staff at the Victorville Fall Festival. They were all polite and gave my kids the mini Ducks. I decided to go check out the car wash for the 1st time the day after. I explained the the staff named Angel that it was my 1st time there. Angel then professionally explained the services they provided. So far, good experience!”
“This place honestly made my day. I was kind of dreading washing my car but it was so easy and the water pressure was perfect. The soap actually did its job and I didnt have to go over anything twice. Done in under ten minutes and Ill definitely be back.”
“This hand wash car wash was excellent. The outside and inside were very clean and organized. The staff was all very friendly and the cashier Isla was very nice and personable and had a great conversation. We got a V.I.P. wash and they did a great job. My car was very clean and so pretty. No glare on the windshield or dtreaking either! Excellent price ranges on all different car wash packages. I will definitely be back.”
“Best place to go to in tHad a great experience! The service was friendly and professional, everything was clean and well taken care of, and the quality was excellent. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back”
“I love being able to wash my car here. With the monthly memberships I have no excuse to not have a clean car. I have kids. If you have kids, this is the car wash for you. Make the kids vacuum their mess and dry the car.”

“This station has the biggest selection of alcohol and alcohol related products....and they even put mixer kits together ...like a red bull and a small vodka in a bag. They have a huge selection of snacks and then some novelty items .....theres something for everyone in there. The employees are very nice too .”
“I arrived to wash my car but I only had cash I didn't realize that they don't accept cash. Instead of turning me away, Ms. Nicole at the Victor Valley Mister car wash went ahead and let me through to try it out. They have always been very nice here and professional. I use them for my company all the time. I haven't had many problems and any problems I did have were not big problems and we're fixed. I highly recommended them.”
“Travis was great and paid attention to detail. He really took his time and my car looks amazing. The washes are reasonably priced and I'm satisfied with my service. I'll be back again.”

“Brought my BMW here for a wash and detailing and they did an amazing job! Employees were very helpful and handled my car with great care. Would definitely recommend to others that need a wash or even if they need to get their car detailed! Great prices as well. Will definitely be coming back!!”
“Good quality car wash at a reasonable price. You can purchase the car wash at the gas pumps. The blowers at the end get most of the water off. If you have something that doesn't come off after the first time thru, just check with the costco employee on duty. He has always let me go thru again.”

“i come in here mostly becaise it is convienent. Yes it has a lot of nice things . A lot of variety . But as for customer service let's see I've been coming here for about a year now employee turnover rate is high but there are several faces that I recognize I've seen two people that actually work that are constantly doing something there's a really short girl she used to work daytime and then she was gone for a while I see her now only in mornings on the weekend but she is always doing something she's always Pleasant and always offering to help as is another female who has really short hair I see her constantly whether if the outside cleaning or inside putting things up I never see her stop she is also very pleasant helpful and doesn't mind stopping what she's doing to help people . Besides these two employees the other ones I have not seen them move from behind the counter and when they do it seems like they're wandering and as who I believe is the manager the many times I've come in there all I hear is gossiping behind the counter she is polite at the register but there's a lot of bad talk about other employees which is very unprofessional and I'm only giving you a four-star rating because of the two females other than that it would be a zero”
“This was the best self service car wash that I have used. It was a nice sized blower in each bay perfect for blowing out water from wheel lugs, mirrors and other car crevices. The bad part is I don’t live in Victorville! You guys are lucky but since my daughter lives there I will be back.”
“The last time I was at Speedwash there wash was better I love that they ALWAYS have fresh towels to use. I actually used the towels in my windows and it worked great”
“I like this chevron because it is HUGE. Good selection of drinks and snacks and is right by the job.The staff there is really polite and helpful. The staff has to wear masks and all registers have a covid sheild in front. The coffee is always hot and they have various creamers and sweetners.”
“Five stars goes to the Manager Moses. He’s a well practiced responsible, proficient and professional manager. He strives to do better than expected and over exceeds the expectations of what the normal Customer Service representative would do and though he holds the title manager, he doesn’t let that put him at any greater level. He has so much humbleness. He reached out to us and fixed our issues and even gifted us with a car wash and two Mister. towels, how excellent!! thank you Moses for your commitment to going above and beyond excellence you do it with heart with passion and you gave us a completely NEW experience with your establishment… True Customer Service with a Smile 😀”
“Great, I have only been here a couple of times, twice to be exact. Each experience was great. The wash was quick and easy. The staff was outstanding and the machine did a good job at getting my car cleaned. The cost was pretty good too; I recommend it to anyone looking for a fast and decent car wash.”

“The friendliest place. 24hr open. Diana the car spa manager always ready to help with any problems or questions. Go for the first time mention Sergio and get free 1st time wash.”
“Easy to come here to get the car washed. There's usually someone available to help you make your wash choices and make sure your purchase goes through ok. Then there is someone to help you get lined up with their machine just before you go into the wash tunnel. And then afterwards you get use of the free vacuums. There is a small coffee shop on the same property also.”
“Shop here several times a week. Was in the other day, and a line of about six had formed, and the manager on a laptop looked up and over me to help those behind me. I was a bit irritated and asked her why she skipped me, and she said she didn't see me. She clearly noticed me cause we caught eye contact just before because I was wondering when she was going to step in and help the line out.”
“They did a great job on tinting the windows on my company truck, I had them tint the windows on all of my company trucks and I will continue to have my company trucks tinted there, they do a great job and very professional”
“I don't take my cars anywhere else but here. I have been coming here for over 19 years. They know how to care for a car correctly, whether it has custom rims or custom paint, high end or an old beater, they will always treat you and your car right. Reading some of the other reviews that are complaining, they are a service and people make mistakes sometimes. But if you continue to go 9 times out of the 10 the service and the quality of their work is on point. Plus they do rain checks.”
