“The store is always clean and neat inside and out..the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable and what they have and where to find it....the only problem I can see there is the homeless people who hang around outside and bug the customers for money... if they had a security officer there it would solve that problem like it did for the store across the street and their sales and customers doubled...I know a gentleman that would work a split shift so the homeless won't know if he is there or not...need to know just ask me... thank you for your time..”

“It's a good clean store. Opened last year. 2022. Car wash on site. Only complaint is that when I fuel, I purchase a car wash, but when I'm done, the receipt doesn't come out, so I have go inside to get my receipt. Then, usually, I have to wait in line to get my receipt. Have told management about this, but it seems like they don't care.”

“The store manager has no customer service skills. I called the store before I drove down. I was given all kind of wrong information from the store clerk over the phone I was told that I could not return this faulty kit without the receipt unless I go to big Bear. The receipt went to an old email address that part I take responsibility for. Tried to access it but was taking to long. Any way contacted the pharmacy beautiful young lady great personality to me that is advised me to bring in the kit and talk to the pharmacist. The pharmacist is a awesome person really helped us out with the kit instructed us what to do and exchanged the non working kit. Mind u theses kits are in a locked cage. Asked the store manager to get the strips for us and she was just so nasty with us my husband told her just give it to the pharmacist and he knows what to do. Honestly I would give this store a negative 10 if I could but everyone in the pharmacy department turned a negative into Positive. Some people even if having. Bad day should take a deep breath and remember actions speak volumes.I have had to humble myself many of times dealing with big customers like canon and LG over the phone. And I M a manager. But these store managers need to take course in customer satisfaction.”

“One of the best CVS locations I have honestly been too. I don't usually have much reason for coming here, but when my husband got something stuck in his eye from work he couldn't get it out, scratched his eye up and had to go to an eye doctor to see how we could do for it. They ended up prescribing some medicated eye drops, I went to the Walgreens across the street they said his eye drops would be ninety dollars and they didn't have it in stock. I didn't want to have my husband waiting in pain longer so I came to this location to see if they had them in stock. Luckily they did, the pharmacies who helped me was the best. She was so friendly and helpful. She said the drops will be seventy dollars, I was excited because I was getting them cheaper, and then she said "hold on let me see if I can give you a discount". I ended up paying thirty seven dollars in total. She was honestly a life saver. Awesome location, I'm so glad it's s close to my house.”

“i come in here mostly becaise it is convienent. Yes it has a lot of nice things . A lot of variety . But as for customer service let's see I've been coming here for about a year now employee turnover rate is high but there are several faces that I recognize I've seen two people that actually work that are constantly doing something there's a really short girl she used to work daytime and then she was gone for a while I see her now only in mornings on the weekend but she is always doing something she's always Pleasant and always offering to help as is another female who has really short hair I see her constantly whether if the outside cleaning or inside putting things up I never see her stop she is also very pleasant helpful and doesn't mind stopping what she's doing to help people . Besides these two employees the other ones I have not seen them move from behind the counter and when they do it seems like they're wandering and as who I believe is the manager the many times I've come in there all I hear is gossiping behind the counter she is polite at the register but there's a lot of bad talk about other employees which is very unprofessional and I'm only giving you a four-star rating because of the two females other than that it would be a zero”

“I was annoyed with the 35 cent debit transaction fee, but agree the gas prices are cheaper here if using cash. I come here all the time over circle k thanks to free items ive won through their am pm app. Coffees are so so, but cheeseburgers and chorizo breakfast burgers are definitely worth it. Watch out Burger King, am pm got lower prices and taste better. I swear they got crack in them or something. Always fresh in the am. Pick up burgers here all the time. Just make sure you download the am pm scratchers app and see if you could win anything. I think it's worth it for the burger. But I win free coffee all the time. Not so sure how fresh the condiments are being that I arrive so early. It may have been overnight so I avoid their condiments like stale looking onions I'll be back for burgers for sure.”
