CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states, where anyone age 10 or older can get tested. They offer lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause lab delays. The pharmacy staff at this CVS location has consistently received positive reviews. Customers praise the friendly and professional service, with one customer highlighting Michelle's exceptional efforts in finding their prescription and recommended first aid kit. The store associate Jessica was also commended for her knowledgeable assistance in locating products. However, the store's customer service seems to be hit-or-miss. Some customers report being greeted and welcomed, while others experienced a lack of greeting from cashiers. One customer had a negative experience with the store manager, who was described as having poor customer service skills. Despite this, the pharmacy department was able to turn a negative situation into a positive one. Overall, CVS Health appears to provide a mixed experience. The pharmacy staff is highly regarded, but the level of customer service in the rest of the store can vary. Customers appreciate the wide selection of products, particularly during the holiday season, and the CVS Care Pass member benefits.
