“So let’s start with this. We were referred to Julio cause he has some experience with purchasing mobile homes after looking at houses. Decided to go this route. Julio catered to our every need and got all our paperwork all laid out for us and sent us to Santiago financial aka the lenders. The lenders were for some reason being difficult. So out of nowhere Julio says look guys. For some reason it just feels like they are being difficult cause I’m in the picture and I’m getting a cut. So if this is the case I’d rather not get the money if it means you guys get your house. So he stepped aside. Took a loss and handed everything over on a silver platter. Sure enough we walk into the lenders office and first thing they ask is if Julio was out of the picture now. Well I’m typing this review from our new home. Julio set his possible financial gain aside to make sure we could have our home. Just goes to show that good people still exist. Words can’t express how pleased we are with Julio and appreciate his character and integrity. He put us first. Thank you Julio for everything you’ve done for us. “I dropped by Bank of America (BofA) on Amargosa Rd in Victorville for a quick check deposit for my Mom. NO LINES... WAHOO... my kinda bank. I didn't even bother to fill out the deposit slip ahead of time... I just walked straight to the teller and filled out the slip at the window. Teller didn't mind. She was very pleasant and friendly. Transaction was swift and easy. Thank you! I'll be back to this BofA and not bother with the BofA on 7th Street in Victorville. The latter is always busy and they usually have just 2 tellers at a time which I think is ridiculous. Let's get customers in and out and not keep them waiting. Happy Banking!”
