“I dropped by Bank of America (BofA) on Amargosa Rd in Victorville for a quick check deposit for my Mom. NO LINES... WAHOO... my kinda bank. I didn't even bother to fill out the deposit slip ahead of time... I just walked straight to the teller and filled out the slip at the window. Teller didn't mind. She was very pleasant and friendly. Transaction was swift and easy. Thank you! I'll be back to this BofA and not bother with the BofA on 7th Street in Victorville. The latter is always busy and they usually have just 2 tellers at a time which I think is ridiculous. Let's get customers in and out and not keep them waiting. Happy Banking!”

Case and point: I was having the worst banking experience at another banking establishment with my checking account where it was being compromised by a scammer and James and his staff figured out the solution to prevent my account from being compromised for over 2 years since this ordeal took place. “Lenzie, the relationship banker, has helped my wife and I multiple times through changing names on accounts, directing us to the right number or person, and has been extremely personable through each encounter. The most recent one was Saturday 1-31-26. I needed to retrieve bank statements from a previously closed account. She helped me through the process, was patient with my questions, and made the experience wonderful.

“I went in a few days ago with a problem on my account and the teller supervisor Jodie was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me. She was so kind an patient I can’t thank her enough. Someone give this woman a raise! Someone else on here said she was rude to them about $5 I was actually there that day and that lady was told that her check was made out incorrectly and then they went on full KAREN mode. “This is my go-to Wells Fargo for my banking needs when I'm in the high desert. They have ATM machines outside and inside the bank. Nowadays, they have higher denominations offered, but only for the ATM machines inside the bank. I usually use the ATMs unless I have to go inside the bank for non-ATM transactions. I prefer the former than the latter. But when I do go inside the back, I always have a great experience with the bank tellers and bank service reps. Never an issue with my visits. Security is always there which is good.Bank is clean and cool. Outside is maintained as well. Parking is plenty. Don't have much more to say except keep up the above and beyond service Wells Fargo staff. Thank you for all that you do each and every day for your customers! I appreciate everyone.”

“I originally opened my School’s first credit union account in the Rancho Cucamonga branch and appreciated the service I received. However, the Victorville branch is on a whole different level! The branch manager is probably the nicest lady I have ever met. The team members are great! I highly recommend this branch.”
