“Pretty simple process, park on the street walk up to the guard shack with paperwork DON’T FORGET YOUR HIGH VISIBILITY VEST! Give gaurd your phone number they will call you when they have a door ready. Drop trailer in designated area then bobtail to dock 6 leave paperwork then park outside facility to wait for phone call. I checked in at 18:30 out by 20:30 pretty standard wait. All in all good place everyone was helpful.”

Also, my Beardie Boy- Muffin- says he recommends them too. We bought Muffin and his sister's from ROG a year ago and they are all very healthy and very socialized. We've been in several times to buy feeder insects (they have them all!) and feeder mice and rats.
Also, my kids LOVE going in and just looking at all the cool reptiles they have.
The staff have been more than helpful with the reptiles they've personally sold, as well as offering advice for one that I bought at a show.

“When in the specifically to get a collar for my dog Unfortunately they didn't have the size in stock but it looks like a well-lit well-organized pet supply store with a lot of stuff you won't see at smaller pet stores. “First time bringing my Siberian husky, Blu’ for vaccinations. I must say this is the best place to go get your vaccines for your animals. They do not charge an exam fee like Bear Valley Animal Hospital and they are very nice and friendly and helpful and very caring about which vaccinations your dogs get. The young man at the front counter, checking you in, was very very kind and you could tell he loves his job and also they gave my dog the three year 5 in 1 And his rabies shot, both good for three years, which I did not know anything about five in one shots which is great because you don’t have to take your dog back for three years so the price was awesome. $91 total. You can’t beat that anywhere so I say come to Petco Vetco for sure because this is a great place for your dog, even if you wanna buy products! Definitely now my go to for Blu’!”

““Chris has been amazing working with my dog Lucy in training. He’s patient, explains things in a way I can actually use at home, and you can tell he really cares. Lucy can now sit, lay down, shake, and ‘leave it’ even with distractions, and she focuses on me so much better because of his classes. I also want to recognize Elizabeth (Liz), the manager at the Bear Valley PetSmart. She took the time to talk with me about my situation and even suggested bringing my grandkids to class so they could learn how to work with Lucy too, which helped my whole family. Alexis was the one who checked me out, and she was kind, patient, and didn’t rush me, which matters when you’re dealing with multiple dogs and pain and mobility issues.”
