“Great service I know that the full check in on customers part makes a big difference when it comes to dealing with the worker because they are in a amazing mood due to not having to go through the full check in process with the customer so I would push more to the customers to check in from home so it makes for a faster process once at the location”
“Everything went well. The only problem I had was I had to fill the gas to a quarter tank because I received the truck on empty and spent more money on gas than I would have if I rented the truck with a quarter tank. That was the only negative part of my experience.”
