Alex, Ralph, and everyone who works here has excelled in customer service on a consistent basis! The people who work at this facility exemplify the “reliable” spirit with down-to-earth professionalism, respectful communication, and just pleasant personalities that you can genuinely trust with your personal belongings.
I lost my mother this year and I was notified after her home was cleared out that whats left can be found at this storage. I live almost 70 miles away and after losing a home in the Eaton fires, I could’ve lost my mother’s heirlooms as well if the items were placed anywhere else I believe.
Alex and his team worked with me all the while honoring their policies. I can’t say enough. With a little patience and humanity solutions were found and they deserve 100 stars.”

“I've had my storage units here for over 3 years and I don't think I would ever go anywhere else. There are plenty of size options and availability, at least when I moved in. The prices are good, trust me I called every storage facility in the area to compare. The hours are good and they are only closed on major holidays.The lady at the front is not very welcoming, but she does what is needed and is always there to answer any questions. My only complaint is that there are rodents, I am not sure if this is common in storage units, but I only store clothing and hard goods. The front office lady placed some "poison" in my storage unit, but it hasn't done anything. It's not a big deal, but I see rat poop every once in a while and it can get pretty annoying.Besides that this place is pretty cool and in a good location.”

They pay attention to your needs and do everything as possible for you to be confident.
We was out of the country when I found this place on line.
I call and Ms. Michele was a wonderful person explaining to me that she will have a storage for our needs for an RV, A VW Bus
( Combi ) and a Honda Element plus boxes boxes and boxes reason?
We was going to come to usa ?? and then be out of the country again for unknown time.
After a while she call us saying that she will have one available, my heart beat and my sadness ? because we still at that time out of the country but was going to be in us in a month she said right away don't worry still under the other renter but I just want to let you know that the space is yours.
OMG I said thank you thank you thank you Ms. Michele.
We move in all our stuff and we left in the emergency trip for unknown Time.
When we come back we meet Mr. Daniel ( Wich is my dad in the heaven Name) and for our surprise not different from Ms. Michele.
A wonderful person a understanding person a person that listen your needs and fix your problems related to the storage in case you have right away.
