“Contacted AmeriPharma for copay assistance for a high-dollar Rx for my Dad. I worked with Linda and Susy who were both very helpful and compassionate.Linda contacted me immediately after I submitted a request online, and she was on top of the situation the whole time. I provided some basic information and Linda took it from there. She did all the legwork with his insurance and his doctor. Susy then stepped in to submit whatever was needed to apply for the actual copay assistance.As it turned out, my Dad still had several months left on his current assistance through a charitable foundation called Well Health. So, he ended up continuing with his current pharmacy. After all that, Susy was only happy that he was getting the medication he needed. I felt badly for having wasted her and Linda's time, but she seemed genuinely happy that he still had the financial coverage he needs.That said, if my Dad or anyone else I know needs this kind of assistance (and let's face it, drugs nowadays can be thousands of dollars a month with copays that are hundreds or thousands, as was for my Dad) I wouldn't hesitate to contact AmeriPharma again.AmeriPharma works with multiple charitable foundations and drug makers to help patients get copay assistance. They have all the resources so you don't have to search and apply to all the various places that might offer financial assistance. Even though I didn't end up filling with them this time, I'm grateful for their services and compassionate employees.”

“This place is a gem!! We came here for a kids Covid booster and the staff was phenomenal. They're so well prepared for pediatric patients, which is such a rarity (even at the pediatrician's office, some of the nurses are not half as good with the kids). The pharmacist was empathetic, patient and was clearly very comfortable giving vaccines to little ones (we previously had a horrible experience at a chain pharmacy attempting to get a kids shot). The pharmacy is clean and neat. They even offered us juice or water while we waited and had really cool "prizes" for the little one after the shot. This place really just shows why independent pharmacies are worlds better than corporate retail. The entire staff here care about their patients and it shows in every single way. I cannot thank Jessica, the pharmacist, enough for how amazing she was!”

“"King's Pharmacy & Compounding Center" is one of the few compounding pharmacies in the Orange County area. Unlike the west-side of Los Angeles, Orange County unfortunately does not have a plethora of compounding pharmacies to choose from, so it's nice to have "King's Pharmacy & Compounding Center" in Irvine. If you need a specialty hard-to-find medication, or an alternative dosage that's not readily available at most pharmacies, or an allergen-free medication, King's can customize medications to suit your individual needs. They can even change formulas from a pill to a liquid, & add your favourite flavour to the medication to make it easier to take! Bonus!!! Although the new location on Red Hill is smaller & a more difficult to find (enter through the back) compared to the (now closed) Newport Beach & Sand Canyon locations, the staff at the new location are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & will go the extra mile to coordinate with your medical providers to make some difficult situations a bit smoother. They even have a small section of unique gifts available. Tip: When deciding whether or not to seek out a compounding pharmacy, keep in mind that some insurance carriers may not cover the expense of some compounded medications. However, you may find that it is still worth paying out-of-pocket for customized medications to suit your individual needs from these highly-trained pharmacists. If you have unique medical needs that the "big box" pharmacies (&/or commercially manufactured medications) cannot address, try "King's Pharmacy & Compounding Center."”

“Long overdue recommendation! This pharmacy is so much better than the large chains! I can't stand the huge lines at CVS and feeling like nothing more than a number. This pharmacy's owner has been so incredible and helpful to my family. They always have stock of medications and also keep stock of Covid shots and boosters. My son is afraid of needles and will only get his covid shots here because he says he can't feel it and they are sweet to him. They also deliver. If you need something and are too sick to go out, they will deliver your medications and anything else you need that they have in the store. I can't tell you how helpful this has been for me especially during Covid. They even delivered masks and cold medicines to us. A sincere thank you to the owner and the staff for always being kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Side note.... The owner here was once at CVS on Bristol. My Mom was very Ill and would tell me about this amazing pharmacist there who was so kind and helpful to her when she would go in. She would actually enjoy the trip because this one pharmacist would see her and come around the counter and talk to her and help her with anything she needed. He could see how sick she was. That's the owner of South Coast Pharmacy! She did pass away but I appreciate so very much the kindness he showed her when he didn't have to. He simply cared.”

“Like almost every little kid right now, my little guy picked up that thing going around and was quite ill. The Pediatrician recommended we use a nebulizer with saline solution and said we could pick one up at Walmart. Well, we went to Walmart, and they didn't have any:( So I started a telephone campaign calling every major brand of drug store in our area starting with CVS and going alphabetically. No luck. It was around the time I got to Walgreens that the nice gentleman I was speaking to, told me to try calling Linda Vista. I called Linda Vista Pharmacy and they were SO nice and helpful. Yes, they do carry nebulizers and we were able to get one quickly. They require a prescription, so they had to work with our pediatrician to get one, but all worked out fairly easy. The pharmacy itself is located at 4300 Rose Drive which is a big complex of Doctors' offices. There is tons of parking and the pharmacy is clean. We will be back!”

“Place is awesome wish I lived closer whole staff is really down to earth and does not look at you with judgement. I was super tight and didn't have enough til payday for prescription and instead of making me feel akward at checkout the lady was like no worries at all, tan a good RX coupon I got for free on app and allowed me to pick up another day but grab main med I needed . They also have free delivery I haven't used it yet but would definetly tip the driver with gas being so crazy. I live 15 miles away and they said tips are optional .
