“This review is solely directed towards the bakery. This Ralph’s bakery is exceptional. Everything I’ve had from there has just been fantastic. The cakes, breads, muffins. My family especially loves these margarita butter bistro bread. There is another bakery nearby and this one blows it out of the water and is more affordable.”

“The Best in OC! I love this place I’ve lived in a few legal states and seen some crazy set ups and quite a few vanity projects over the years. This place is hands down the best shop I’ve found in Orange County when it comes to price, quality, and overall vibe this place is excellent. “We came to Brightside Pharmacy for COVID/flu shots for myself and my kiddo - it was a drive for us but definitely worth it. Tan the pharmacist was amazing with her and definitely helped ease some of her vaccine anxiety. The last time she had a shot at a chain pharmacy it wasn't a good experience - that pharmacist had no idea how to interact with a crying, upset kid.
Our experience at Brightside was completely the opposite. There were tears but they were gone quickly and there was no pain from the vaccine administration itself. Much later in the day my kiddo also asked if we could go back next time we need shots. Their communication was also great - our initial appointments had to be rescheduled but they contacted me well in advance. And they also reached out to make sure they had all our information prior to the appointments. While we were waiting for the vaccines I also saw them greet multiple customers by name as soon as they walked in. I would definitely recommend them!”

“I just had to add to my review, as things have gotten even better than they started out as. My lisinopril is very important for me, as it is a blood pressure medicine that i need daily. I had just noticed that i was down to my last three pills and was worried because i have had to beg my doctor for a refill every time that I've run out of this medication...but lo and behold, CVS has already sent me a reminder to pick up my meds as a text, having refilled the prescription for me in advance! They are on top of it! This makes it SO MUCH easier this time.
Everything else is unchanged or better. I still feel the same way or better. They always send me texts about my pills and always give stellar service when i visit, smiling away the whole time. They are a joy to deal with, regardless of which employee is helping me! Here is the older review from months back:
I had the most wonderful experience with a dedicated and helpful pharmacy employee at CVS inside of Target Fullerton. Her name was Salina and she gave me better service and personal attention than I have ever received ANYWHERE, much less at a pharmacy. She made me feel like I was t h e most important customer or patron that they have ever had. I felt so strongly about CVS's new improved attitude that I had promptly taken their survey online and informed them that Salina needs a raise or a promotion immediately. I hope that everyone gets the same level of attention to detail, care and passionate service that I have received that day, for their sakes. I am 55 and I have never had a better experience, for lack of an apparent reason, as I have with Salina. I said I would spread the word and here it is on Google!

VP pharmacy offers much more than Premium Pharmacy Care. The Clinicians & Pharmacists are well educated, very competent, and extremely helpful. Very mindful of helping w/ every aspect of health. Store has solid selection of treatments and OTC medications, topical agents, and breathing options for most ailments. Full Pharmacy takes up entire rear of store. Large area & selection for any age or size of crutches, canes, handi-scooters, walkers, wheelchairs ♿. Many other ADA Compliance devices as well. As a double amputee w/ CML Luekiema having a reliable and very knowledgeable pharmacy is paramount & can even determine whether I live or die. VP Pharmacy has always been attentive & great listeners. They have wise solutions for many HC or living healthier ?'s that are for ur condition.
Am there few times a week. Have been to dozens of pharmacies in many states and countries. Will always prefer and choose Villa Park Pharmacy for my care or those I love.
The Gift Shop in front has hundreds of different gifts for any age or type of person. Even has 75% section. Great values... especially for Villa Park.
Gift Shop has dedicated shoppers and designers. Shop is always properly themed for seasons and holidays. The decorations on display are often for sale as well & are fantastic looking.
Stellar Greeting Cards selection. Beautiful pop-up cards & the multiple funny card sections is fantastic. Lots of specialty or hard 2 find cards.
Family-Owned since opening during late 1960's era and still Family -Operated. Makes huge difference. Their Family does wonderful job helping mine...Thank You so much!!!
