“This CVS pharmacy, located in Target on Tustin, deserves to get a review on Yelp because the pharmacist and other staff are so helpful. Every time I leave a voicemail for the pharmacist, I get a call back almost immediately. They not only answer all my questions, but the pharmacist (Rosie?) has been proactive in suggesting equivalent prescription drugs that are lower priced, and brand name alternatives OTC. This is an example of how much she cares about her customers. My doctor sent them a monthly prescription renewal that was for 45 days instead of the usual 30, with the same amount of pain pills. I was unaware of the change until she called me to let me know so I could address this with my doctor. It's my experience that personalized customer service like what they provide is rare these days.”

“This is the best pharmacy I have encountered. The pharmacists care about you and your health and the pharmacy technicians are very pleasant to speak to and pick up your medications with. Even if you have a question about a medication and you are at home already; the pharmacists will make sure they address it and help you. The line is never that long and it very easy and simple to pick up the medications. Professionalism, kindness, and punctuality are very important in running a pharmacy. This pharmacy has all of these important traits.”
“It's designed for quick in & out with one way directional drive thru arrows. They sell some of the LOWEST priced gas in Orange County. But my gas pump did not print a receipt, which is why I gave them 4 stars.”

“This is the only pharmacy I will use now. I have never had any problems getting prescriptions here and the staff are always pleasant. Their system doesn't glitch, they're well stocked, they don't forget to order drugs that are out of stock so everything is always ready when it's supposed to be. When I'm 40 miles away I drive here rather than have my prescriptions transferred.”

“Last Monday, my sister was not feeling well, so I decided to go to this drug store to buy some medicine. I was so impressed by their pharmacists because they really helped me and gave me options on what to buy. I just want to thank them for being so helpful and accomodating!”
“We have been extremely happy with Prime pharmacy. They deliver all of our needed medical supplies right to our front door.
They have also been extremely helpful and understanding as we have had recent medical changes for a family member answering our questions and being patient with us as we are learning our new paradigm.
Recently they worked with us to get some additional supplies and navigating through the difficulties of insurance that prefers to say no.
Our only gripe was one weekend we were supposed to get supplies on a Friday and the carrier kept them all weekend. We had some extra supplies so we were okay, but if we were low. It would have been extremely problematic.
Only other gripe, not open on weekends.”
