“This pharmacy has provided my husband and I with the most efficient drugstore experience we've ever had. Several times now, we have received texts ten minutes after the pharmacy received our prescriptions letting us know that our prescription was ready for pickup. When one of my prescriptions was no longer being covered by my insurance, the pharmacists asked me if they'd like them to contact my doctor for a replacement prescription and then had that new prescription ready to go just a few minutes later. I am so pleased with the service we receive here!”

“I've been getting my medications refilled at the CVS on Tustin Ave in Orange for over 5 years. There's always going to be good and bad days but overall, there has been so many 5 star moments that to only focus on the few times I was disappointed would not be fair. Memorable 5 star service: -Pharmacist was busy at end of shift and could have told me to come back on another day but found time to administered my vaccines. -Staff taking time to search for rebates when my out of pocket fees were exorbitant. -Majority of the time, all my medications were in inventory (this may be more a company wide logistic issue as it seems there is not a system in place to monitor inventory for established patients or alert staff that when inventory is expected to be low to divert some rx to another nearby location with available inventory BEFORE the patient fill date.) -The staff and pharmacists are consistently professional (e.g. dose not routinely turn patients away before closing, does not engaged with patients/customers who are not satisfied (I witnessed a pharmacist redirecting a patient who was yelling at her for something that she nor the pharmacy had control over without changing her tone of voice or demeanor), tries earnestly to fulfill various requests such as searching for old receipts, vaccine records). In summary, the staff at this location have great work ethics, they don't pass the buck or make you do their work, you don't feel like you are witnessing a private conversation in someone's living room or overhearing gossiping in the employee break room when you are waiting in the area. -There were a few times in 2018 or 2019 when I arrived before closing and was turned away/couldn't pick my prescriptions . I just assumed that was their policy. I can't remember the exact details of this particular day but recall the pharmacy manager at that time coming to the counter to introduce her self as I was paying for my prescriptions. She overheard that I had to come back to pick up my prescriptions and inquired about my experience. Without blaming anyone, she took accountability as a pharmacy manager and reassured me that the customer experience will be more consistent and streamline. I've also heed her advice to call before I plan to pick up my prescriptions to ensure it's ready if I have not received a text alert.”

I had Kroger fuel points that works so I applied 50 cents to get 3.99/gallon gas.Layout of this place is difficult to access. Price after discount made it worth the small hassle.”

“I want to update my review as I'm know using their pharmacy, and honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I've found the techs to be friendly and helpful, but also very efficient. I was a little disappointed today that 3 prescriptions were called in by my Dr and only 2 were ready to be picked up. Turns out, one of them can't be filled until I ask for it. Not their fault, just the way it is. They said it would take about 15 minutes. I decided to go walk through the Village Mall (which is closing) to kill the time rather than shop. When I got back, the line was pretty long, but I was amazed at how fast it moved. Granted, it all depends on how many questions/concerns the customers in front of me have, but I feel like I've had to wait super long. It helps that smart phones are now available to help pass the time. One thing about the store, the have to lock the bathroom now so you need a code. Kind of a pain, but from a loss prevention standpoint, I completely understand. Also, the lottery machine seems to break down a lot. Again, not a bad thing as the chances of winning is about as great as me playing the Super Bowl so they saved me some $$$. I am going to vent about the stock photos corporate likes to upload. The picture with the dog in front doesn't even come close to looking like this CVS pharmacy. I actually checked into the wrong location first because the address was similar, and they all had the same pictures.”

The pharmacists know me by name and are always responsive to both my in person questions and on the occasion I call. This location only has pharmacists there is VERY rarely an actual pharmacy tech supporting the pharmacists which is the one recommendation I have for Vons!!! And if you use one of the online pharmacy discount programs like GoodRX etc they work with all the major ones! Finally a great place to get vaccinations, I received my CoVid booster and Shingles vaccinations here!”

“BAKERY REVIEW I went into the store order a special occasion cake. The 1st gal that stated helping me was Sarah. Then another bakery gal named Gaby jumped in saying Sarah didn't know what she was talking about and took my cake order. The price of the cake was $65+. It seemed costly for a grocery store cake but I finally agreed seeing as it was a multi layered "specialty" cake. Well to my surprise I received a call the following day to say that the way Gaby had written up the cake order that they can't and don't make that type of cake. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she is only available in the mornings. I decided to go into the store to find out what was going on cause now I'm pissed about the whole situation. The bakery gal that was originally going to take my order, Sarah was there so I explained about the call and that I was there to find out what in the hell was going on. She could see that I was pissed and she immediately let me know that there is ALWAYS a "manger" available and that she would be happy to help me get a cake order done. Well she made my daughters cake special as she said and I wasn't changed a a ridiculous price. THANK YOU SARAH FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS”

“Contacted AmeriPharma for copay assistance for a high-dollar Rx for my Dad. I worked with Linda and Susy who were both very helpful and compassionate.Linda contacted me immediately after I submitted a request online, and she was on top of the situation the whole time. I provided some basic information and Linda took it from there. She did all the legwork with his insurance and his doctor. Susy then stepped in to submit whatever was needed to apply for the actual copay assistance.As it turned out, my Dad still had several months left on his current assistance through a charitable foundation called Well Health. So, he ended up continuing with his current pharmacy. After all that, Susy was only happy that he was getting the medication he needed. I felt badly for having wasted her and Linda's time, but she seemed genuinely happy that he still had the financial coverage he needs.That said, if my Dad or anyone else I know needs this kind of assistance (and let's face it, drugs nowadays can be thousands of dollars a month with copays that are hundreds or thousands, as was for my Dad) I wouldn't hesitate to contact AmeriPharma again.AmeriPharma works with multiple charitable foundations and drug makers to help patients get copay assistance. They have all the resources so you don't have to search and apply to all the various places that might offer financial assistance. Even though I didn't end up filling with them this time, I'm grateful for their services and compassionate employees.”
