Fantastic store! I got here at 6:34 ish as the man was closing up, and he was able to accommodate me and my 5 pre-labeled parcels. Friendly staff that made my night!

Stay away from this place if you need respect. The customer service is lousy, and they always seem mean when you ask for help. I visited twice and had the same experience.

The older lady who is always working here hates her job and doesn't want to be bothered. Don't go here. The UPS Store on Chapman has a much friendlier staff.

The WORST customer service ever. The Indian guy has given me attitude every single time I’ve been there. My package was delivered an hour ago and they’re making me come back to the store since they haven’t worked on shipments and he got upset when I asked what time to be back. They always seem so overwhelmed and stressed it’s very off-putting and uncomfortable to pick up packages there. How hard is it to find my name in the packages since I’m already there?
Update: my packages are now being refused at this store due to this review. This is the wrong business for these horrible people to be in.

I disagree with all the negative reviews! The owner and the staff are professionals and are very helpful. All the negative reviews are about the staff's personality which usually is done by people with low self esteem and full of insecurities. It is more offensive to read a negative review mentioning the owner's nationality/Origin, as one review did! That has nothing to do with the service. It's pure ugly act of expressing discrimination!
The fact is that all day long there are long lines in this place with people that enjoy the speedy effective service they receive.

Terrible service. Came this morning to drop off some amazon returns but the two owners working were extremely unhelpful with the whole thing. The blonde lady and the Indian man that were working today were very disrespectful, rude, and impolite. I was honestly shocked after the service I was given right when I stepped in. I have never experienced such god awful service before and will never be returning to this UPS location. From all the bad reviews they have, it seems like the owners simply don’t care enough to fix their horrible attitude with their customers. These two should not be working in customer service when they treat customers this way.

Just dropped off amazon purchase in same exact package I received from amazon (never opened). I mentioned to the lady working there, the end of box seemed to be coming open. She was soooo put upon. You would have thought I ask her to go change a flat tire in parking lot. She had to put on a piece of tape, if that. Reminded me it was on me to package it but reluctantly she would put the piece of tape on for me. REALLY!!!!!! Terrible customer service!

Worst UPS store ever! We know we are always in for a bad attitude when coming in, but today took it to a new level of low. Other locations before we moved here, always nice. This place and I warned my husband- not nice. Wr always know we're (any one) is in for attitude when we show up . Even when everything is perfect. Nice label, all taped. We are not expecting candy, tape and a smile like other UPS stores. These people need to find something else to do if they are this terribly miserable in their job. I didn't know it was possible, but the woman that was in there today was actually worse to my husband and daughter ( even after I warned them) then I've ever experienced from the guy that normally is an absolute cold j****
