Worst UPS store ever! We know we are always in for a bad attitude when coming in, but today took it to a new level of low. Other locations before we moved here, always nice. This place and I warned my husband- not nice. Wr always know we're (any one) is in for attitude when we show up . Even when everything is perfect. Nice label, all taped. We are not expecting candy, tape and a smile like other UPS stores. These people need to find something else to do if they are this terribly miserable in their job. I didn't know it was possible, but the woman that was in there today was actually worse to my husband and daughter ( even after I warned them) then I've ever experienced from the guy that normally is an absolute cold jerk.

Love this place. Very nice folks. I have a box here. So very convenient. No clue why some people leave bad reviews.

OMG...Reading the other reviews I am glad to see that I am not the only one to get ignored and dismissed....I learned long ago to prepackage my drop offs and leave on the counter...I still get the who are you look...2 stars because I can drop off and not have to deal with the employees at this location..The Anaheim Hills location also has a grumpy elderly owner who treats her young employees poorly in front of customers...Good thing about the Anaheim Hills location is that the young employees seem to blow her nastiness off and provide friendly service for customers...

Owner is pretty rude and passive. Scanners are down most of the time so line can be long.

Easy and convenient. Came to return an Amazon order, I followed the instructions and arrived with it packaged and previous labels removed, the person working scanned the QR code off my phone and that was it.

I've been using this UPS Store for years.They provide excellent assistance in mailings and Notary Service. AMAZON returns are EASY and are quickly and professionally handled !!

I read thru the reviews and noticed that (not wholly just by a large majority) many unhappy reviews are left by FEMALE customers while the few satisfied customers happen to be in majority MEN.Coincidence? Perhaps....but already I feel the all too familiar discomfort and hesitation to head over to this particular location (very close to my current location) and instead am trying to justify going miles out of my way to the one other UPS store open Sundays in town where I know for sure there will be no favoritism based on whether or not I have literal balls dangling between my legs!

This UPS location lacks customer service and satisfaction. I see they have 2 Stars but I'll give them 3 Stars. The multiple times I've dropped off my prepackaged items at other UPS locations they all greet and acknowledge at minimum ,"Hi we will be with you in a minute." At this location the best you get is a look in your direction.

I live close by, but absolutely dread coming here. The owner behind the counter is rude and very unpleasant. It's evident he doesn't enjoy helping people. When I leave, I always feel disrespected. I will not be coming here anymore. I am surprised he has reviews with more than 1 star.

Came here to drop off my Amazon return I had the box it was shipped in but the gentleman at the front desk gave me a hard time because I did not have the box taped and closed up. I asked him if I could borrow some tape to which he said he could tape it for me but then gave me a lecture on how they’re not liable because the package was “fragile” it was something so simple so I had to drive to the UPS on Collins they have better customer service.

The owner has an attitude problem. I know it's the owner because his name tag said owner on top. He has a horrible sarcastic attitude. Doesn't help. I came to return some items. It's my first time doing this. And instead of helping me out. And being a good person. He talks down to you. Like if your an idiot. He say the items I was returning. He could've been a help right then and there. But waits as the process goes to throw smart ass remarks. It's a shame because it's the only place that's close to home where I can go. Unfortunately I have to return again. But rest assured this is the last time I ever do come back here

Regardless of reviews other people have posted in the past, I have always received excellent service at the Villa Park UPS Store. Both Katu and Melinda are such hard workers and so helpful with my shipping needs (I tend to do lots of shipping for work and also tend to do many Amazon returns). I recommend this business, you just need to be organized and ready with items you're mailing out as they can get busy in the afternoon (the more organized you are w/your packages the quicker the process is).

This location is terrible, the lady who seems to be the manager or owner has a bad attitude, very rude, disrespectful and is extremely surly. She is selective and biased with her customer service, she refuses to assist certain customers. The gentleman who works at this location also deserves a one star review. They "Lose" and or "Misplace" packages very frequently so if you bring a package to this location make sure they scan it into they system and ask for your receipt, or UPS will refuse to assist or pay your claim if you file one. I recommend you go another UPS store if possible, there are several in close proximity to this location.
