I found this place easy to rent a car from. They will accommodate you with a compatible vehicle if the car you wanted isn’t there.

Agents were nervous and hesitant to allow me to exchange a car that had 2 bad tires. I only had their rental agency as my options No Avis in Lemoore or Hanford.
100 mile on the road and tire issue happened again. This Avis has limited hours on Weekends??? This was a huge stressful trip.
