“Everyone was kind & quick at a busy time of day. Car was great, process was fast. I gave 4/5 because I could feel the stress they felt - this may be unavoidable but simply slowing down a little & smiling more would’ve made the experience better. It’s important for workers to remember we have no idea of the processes that they are familiar with. They did well explaining things I did not know about and helping me through the process. If I need another rental I will def be coming back here & hopefully it won’t be so busy but just proof everyone else likes this company too ??”
