Went here for a cdl physical. Friendly staff, just make sure you bring cash because that's all they accept for physicals. Also they prefer appointments and physicals are only on Monday and Wednesdays.

Every 2 years I see Dr. Vaughn for my Class A license medical exam.
Punctual. Great Staff. Great value. I Won't go any where else.
