“I noticed my husband was sleeping a lot during the day for years. He was always tired. I started paying attention to him at night and noticed he only snored really loud for two hours about and then he stopped snoring and would move a lot. Sometimes I would think he was not breathing.His primary care doctor wanted to send him home with some thing to put in his mouth and monitor his sleeping. But we wanted eyes on to watch and see what's happening. Kaweah sleep center was amazing! The rooms are very comfortable and nice. He enjoyed the technician. She had a very good sense of humor and put him at ease. It's uncomfortable knowing someone's watching you all night lol but she made him very comfortable And explained everything to him. The technician watched him all night. Once she heard his legs were moving she added extra sensors on his legs. Sure enough around the two hour mark she came in and put the apnea machine on him. In the morning she Explained to him his leg movements don't bother him but would probably bother me lol which they do lol. She explained he's a side or stomach sleeper and recommended a specific machine for that type of sleeper! So they don't give you a prescription for a generic everybody gets the same machine machine. They recommend one for your sleep type. He's been using his machine for almost 2 months now and does not sleep during the day anymore! He's much happier and has a lot more energy. So glad we chose the sleep center. We live in Fresno but chose to go to Visalia and I am very happy we did”

She either sensed that I was anxious or she’s just really good at her job, by keeping me calm and distracting me with conversation! I wish I would’ve got her name, but thank you!”
