“It is rare to find any business, or staff within a given business, that will exceed all expectations. I think we have become accustomed to being thrilled if 70% of expectations are met these days. I have a special ring that is a family heirloom created in the early 1940's that needed special attention with a thin and warped band. On entering Ashoori Jewelers, I was greeted by Alissa. As I began to explain the situation and display the ring, she instantly knew what we needed to do as it needed exactness in laser crafting and repair. She explained the steps, and demonstrated industry professional assessment skills that really is amazing. In fact, she made a bet with me that she can look at a hand and know the ring size..and she can! I picked up the ring today and it was stunning, beyond looking new and can go forward into a new era. I highly recommend Ashoori and when visiting, make sure you ask for the amazing Alissa, she will explain everything, guide you toward various options, and help you feel very empowered with both pricing and knowledge. “My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.”

And finally came back to purchase our third set. And we have purchased many items in between. If you finance and are struggling they bend over backwards to help you.
