so i was really disappointed to hear they don't do store credit or exchanges on color that the customer was unsatisfied with. like i understand if you can't return it but store credit would have been fine. now im stuck with a color im unhappy with because of the advice a worker gave me.

Would not recommend going to the store they sold me a defective trimmer product knowing that it was broken had to pay over $100 in product and it's telling me go figure it out wouldn't recommend coming back to the store

Excellent, I loved it because I didn't know how to buy the right dye and one of the people there helped me, gave me good advice and is a super friendly and efficient person???
