Customer service is beyond what you could possibly imagine. Patch and Valerie were kinda, helpful and guided me through each step to print my Yoga Teacher Manuals (as I don’t ‘tech’ often).

Valerie Mendez was so helpful printing out the papers needed for my baby shower. She had so much patience for me and the thousand pages I had. I will definitely be back again for my printing pages needed for events. Thank you so much for all your help!

I came in for prints the other day and had a terrible experience with one of the workers named Valerie she was very rude and unprofessional. I would ask her questions in regard to what I was printing and her responses were very rude. She was also raising her voice at another co worker which i thought was very unprofessional of her!Next I had to call the following day to ask when my prints were going to be ready since I didn’t receive a text message when I opted in to receive them once they were ready. I went in for my prints and they were not cut to the size I wanted, so I had to have them reprinted and cut with paper that the store provided since they ruined the paper I provided to them so overall terrible experience with Valerie the supervisor. I’ve read multiple reviews with customers that have had the same terrible experience I had with her which should definitely be looked into!On the other hand My experience with MEGAN was great she was very helpful and dedicated to fixing the mistake that was made and apologized multiple times for the mistake.She should definitely be recognized for her great customer service and great work ethic!

The print quality is not good. I had invitations with a picture printed and the entire print is faded, low quality, and grainy.
Also, they understaff the photo department, so expect to wait at least 30 minutes for help. The employees I met with were nice, but they don't have enough employees there to handle the line.
I am happy that Staples did refund me for my order after I contacted customer service

Error ridden printing staff that was sluggish and unapologetic. Zach balanced out Valerie's terrible customer sevice with energy and effort.

I’ve been a customer in here for years. but Customer service in this store is getting worse and worse. I went to print a certificate and they couldn’t do it they told me i need to wait until the next day because they only had one printer. Wait a DAY just for ONE certificate, it’s ridiculous!!!

Valerie was so unprofessional. She was eating wouldn't even ask if the whole line behind me was helped already. There was a new employee there and she was petty remarks to him for no reason while she had food in her mouth. I waited 30min to print a form out. Ridiculous. I wasn't upset at the new employee I was upset about her not being friendly and unprofessional
