“I went to build a bear after I got off work and decided to buy the jumbo ChocoCat, I was helped Idali and the whole time they were stuffing my plush, they were having a whole conversation with me and really getting to know me. I felt the magical experience and would definitely come back again to see Idali because their service was amazing.”

“Customer service was prompt and professional. I went into the store looking for a runner's knee strap and asked for help. The employee took me over to where they carried them, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. They handled the situation appropriately”

“My first time in I was in search for a baptismal outfit for my son. The owner was just so sweet and helpful. She listened to me on what I envisioned my little guy to wear and she picked the very outfit I wanted from outfit to bib and shoes. He's going to look like a stud on his day! Can't wait to go back.”
