The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. USPS processes and delivers 47 percent of the world's mail, managing over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovating to improve customer experiences. Customers have praised the excellent customer service and product knowledge of the USPS staff at this location. The postal workers are described as very polite, patient, and going above and beyond what is required. One customer, a disabled female Vietnam Vet, was particularly impressed with the Postmaster, Diana, who offered to meet her in her car to help with mailing letters and getting her mail delivered to her door. The team, including Diana, George, and Irene, were praised for their wonderful and helpful service. Customers also appreciate the convenient hours of this location, which are later than some other USPS offices in the area. One customer was glad to find this office open after 5 pm on a Friday, as the other major USPS location had removed the blue mailboxes from the streets.
The employees are very efficient and friendly. They also keep the wait to a minimum.

I have been here twice to send a package expeditiously and both times I have been real happy with my experience. Rebecca especially goes above to be helpful. Both times she gave me a more proper fitting box for my packages as well as saved me money with those options. Efficient and pleasant!
