“I've been going to this bank for years, and after the last trip I thought my feedback would be appreciated. I went to this location about two weeks ago to open up my very first business account. Lupita, the manager sat down with me to find out exactly what kind of business account I wanted to open. I was super confused, I didn't know there's different types of business accounts! Lol. Anyway, Lupita was amazing.. not only was she informative, but she was patient, kind, down to earth and just all around real. I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for many many years, and I've never had such a pleasant interaction with an employee as I did two weeks ago! Ps: Lupita deserves a raise ;-)”
