About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental in Vista, California, is recognized as a reliable choice for car rentals and vehicle purchases. The business operates under a well-known brand that enjoys customer loyalty. Many customers highlight their positive experiences, such as smooth transactions and dependable vehicles. One customer shared a successful road trip, noting that their Ford Explorer had zero issues, and praised the efficiency of the staff, particularly Dennis, who focused on getting customers in and out promptly. In addition to car rentals, Avis also sells vehicles, with one customer expressing satisfaction after purchasing a 2021 Honda Civic. The general manager, Jaime Perez, and another staff member, Laura Sievers, were commended for their quick response and integrity when resolving an issue with a missing key. However, some reviews indicate areas for improvement, such as a strict credit card policy for rentals, which some long-time customers find frustrating. There are also concerns about the availability of vehicles for community renters, as many vans are leased out to one company. Overall, Avis Car Rental in Vista is appreciated for its friendly service and solid vehicle offerings, though there is room for policy adjustments to better serve all customers.
