I bought a car at Avis in Vista Ca. One of the highlights about this car was that it came with two keys! However when I needed the second key I opened the envelope and it was the wrong key. I immediately called and emailed with Jaime Perez, the general manager and he was completely responsive to my dilemma and quickly remedied the situation. I worked with Jaime and Laura Sievers and they ordered and paid for my keys directly to the city I live in! I had such a great experience with both Jaime and Laura, they are awesome people and keep to their word! My car a 2021 Honda Civic has run great since I purchased the vehicle back in April of this year! I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from Avis in Vista CA! It is nice to work with a company where people have integrity! Thank you Jaime and Laura!Heather Muller

Not allowing rental of some vehicles without a credit card. Not debit card. Long time customer they need to take another look at this policy you can't punish all your customers because of those losers who steal. Also leasing all their vans out to one company and not leaving any for the community shows they are not caring about their community. They should leave a percentage for the non business renters who just want to move across town.

Went twice and they were locked up with a BRB post it note on the door. Very unaccomodating once we finally got someone there. Will drive twice as far to avoid this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We received the worst customer service ever from LUCAS, who clearly hates his job and life. He refused to provide his supervisor’s name or info, and said he was the manager so I was not even able to talk to anyone else who may have been reasonable and wanted to work with a paying customer. We are local and will be telling everyone we know to take their business elsewhere, as no paying customer ever deserves to be treated the way this terrible place does.

I made a reservation online to rent a vehicle for today. Since my was in the shop. When I arrive to pick up the car? The employee stated that I was lucky someone canceled and that what is stated online is not accurate as far as available vehicles. He let me know. I was lucky that someone canceled. So they had a vehicle available for me. It was considered an upgrade from what I had reserved. However, when he took me to the car. As soon as you open the door all you smell is cigarette smoke. I yelled for the employee and let him know that the car smell like smoke. His response was, well, the nothing we can do about it Once they have been smoking In it. I said, so, you know they've been smoking in it. He said yes, I said well I don't want this car. I don't want to drive something that smells like an ashtray. Here's response well, we don't have anything else. I can cancel your contract. Okay, so now I'm stranded.Why would you keep a car in your Fleet that you know is not acceptable for rentals?

Took my daughter to pick up a rental while her car is out of commission. Dennis was very pleasant, courteous and friendly. Had quite a chore to get his customers out in a timely manner.

Completely ran down place. Didn't get the car I reserved. Minivan instead of a compact car ? Overcharged and hours on the phone to sort it out. Last time with Avis.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!!!! rent or but any car from this company. I recently purchased a car thinking they stay up to manufacturer recommended service. Turns out they don't. They only do the service they feel is needed if any. I bought the car at 61k miles expecting for the 60k mile service to have been done since they should make sure the cars they are renting to thier customers are up to date on manufacturer recommended services. I was told they do not and they will not help cover the price of the servicesthey should have done. Long story short they sold me a car that weeks after purchase needs a $1,200 service. All I ask is for a fair deal. Do the services before you sell the car it's only fair to the consumer. Do not do any business with this company. General manager was not helpful and is the person who told me they do not perform manufacturer recommended services on their vehicles. Think of that next time you want to rent or buy a car from this place hoping to get somewhere safe.

I rented a 16 ft truck to move and it was a very smooth and good experience. Not only was it the most reasonable rental I found, but the people working there were very very nice and helpful. This was my first time using Budget because in the past I used the other well known place that starts with U and had a terrible experience with them. I tend to move a lot so from now on this Budget will be my new go to for rentals. I wish I remembered the name of the man that helped me so I could give him a personal shout out for great service.

I had a wonderful experiance buying my car today! Dale Grose was helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with me when I needed to take my time deciding on the vehicle over the weekend. I really cannot recommend this dealership more, and if I would you I would ask for Dale!
