He even made a quick call to his colleagues to double-check the best options for our specific situation. Within 15 minutes, he gave us a clear, honest answer and solid recommendations on how to proceed, saving us from opening unnecessary accounts.

Accessibility: there are two accessible parking spots close to the entrance but not directly in front of it. The ramp to get onto the sidewalk is here too. The doors to enter this NFCU are pull doors and there is an ATM outside.”
“I came in today for multiple things. First, I needed some cashier’s check and instantly a teller called me up, took care of my request quick. Then, I waited in the waiting area for just a few minutes before Mr. Anthony White greeted and assisted me with my other need. He was very thorough with the whole process which I haven’t done in a few years while maintaining professionalism and security. BTW, he assisted me with doing an Int’l wire-transfer. Great job!”

This review is really more like 4.5 stars. Solely due to some of the Playlist of said music. If I may suggest ensuring the music playlist is listening friendly. Hip-hop/club music doesn't fit all that well with the overall banking scene.

“I've never had a bad experience here. I had only the lowest car rate I've ever seen at any bank or credit union, great customer service, fast lines, quick solutions. The only reason I opened up a secondary account at Bank of America, was because a small credit union is not able to fund a PPP loan and I needed that money during the pandemic. I understand people usually leave bad yelp reviews when they're only unhappy, and forget to leave great ones when they are pleased with service. Thank you for so many great years and great customer service at this location. Thank you thank you”

“Kerry was super friendly, knowledge, and empathetic to my call and went above and beyond to correct an error in the system that incorrectly blocked and mailed me a new debt card. She went though multiple departments and worked with coworkers to get my card turned back on and saved the day so I could pay my bills on time. She also saved my credit from ruin because that mistake would have been my first missed bill ever and with plans to buy a car next week, my credit is extreme important right now. Kerry was a Rockstar, huge thank you to her. Definitely someone setting the bar for service, deserves major recognition and who needs to be moved up to a higher role to pass on her amazing professionalism and attitude.”
