“I have always liked this branch but because of travel not here often. Yesterday I had an opportunity to stop in and now I say, I love this branch. I had two small transactions but the service I received from Patricia was nothing small. I felt so good during my visit asked if I could fill out a survey. There wasn't one available so I'm telling Patricia and her coworkers that service is not dead and that this employee was outstanding. Patricia greeted me , quickly took care of my transactions flawlessly thanked me for my visit and then smiled at me. She was courteous, professional and in times when service is all the employees can give a customer, she knocked it out of the park. Cal Coast , you need more Patricia's!!!”

“Great location great staff. Would be five starts if the wait wasn’t so long. They need more tellers. Plan ahead sometimes there are 20 people in line with only 3 tellers. Plan for a 15-20 min wait.”
“Excellent service and follow up. I am having some issues with AutoNation Mazda pushing my loan through as needed and agreed upon (they are sitting on it and delaying the process on their end with no issues on my or SDCCU's end) and I had called SDCCU to see if and what I can do, and if this normal for the process to take this long. The VP/Branch Manager-MLO, Molly, took the time to call me, advise me, tell me not to worry and that they will follow up to assist in getting AutoNation to follow up on their end and complete the loan process. She followed up with a couple phone calls and emails and has already done more than AutoNation has. EXCELLENT service with taking the time and having the knowledge on the process is so much appreciated with something that was supposed to go smoothly on the dealer's end. Thank you, Molly!”
