She went though multiple departments and worked with coworkers to get my card turned back on and saved the day so I could pay my bills on time. She also saved my credit from ruin because that mistake would have been my first missed bill ever and with plans to buy a car next week, my credit is extreme important right now. Kerry was a Rockstar, huge thank you to her. Definitely someone setting the bar for service, deserves major recognition and who needs to be moved up to a higher role to pass on her amazing professionalism and attitude.”
