“Why take the time to review a large national chain? They are all pretty much the same and target is great but i had to leave a review because of an employee who is truly amazing. Coco is the friendliest and most pleasant checker. If i see her working I'm always hitting up her line. It takes me back to the time when people were nice to one another. Forget basic customer service she is going above and beyond. She is so sweet and real. I hope management reads and values this employee.”
“Pam is seriously the most amazing employee I’ve encountered in a long time! She overheard me asking another employee while she was on her break where something was and she stopped in the middle of her break and insisted that she helped me find it! “Overall a typical Walmart experience. Store is clean, most of the staff is friendly. Had to wait quite a bit for personnel to unlock products that are locked away due to theft. And there are a lot of products that are locked away these days. They're is not enough staff to really make up for the extra effort.”
“This four star review is for the checker. Im not a Target fan. Getting the discounts you see on the shelves involves scanning each item using your app. The Target Circle thing is too complicated and time-wasting for me. Yet, the checker who helped me was kind enough to shut off her lane to help me through the process.”
“Everything is organized and nicely folded, making it easy to find your size. They let you shop in peace and aren’t hounding you to earn a sale. They have someone ready and available in the fitting room. I came in to see if my watch could get a new battery, and they did it on the spot very quickly. This place is excellent if you don’t want to spend too much on an outfit you’ll use a couple of times. The jeans are good quality, though, and they fit curvy girls.”

“My mom and I were in the makeup section at this store. Sarah, the salesclerk was so helpful in helping us find what we needed. She went out of her way to search for items we could not find. I have never received this type of help from anyone in this department before. I even told her that I wish all of the people that work for Walmart were as friendly as she is.”

“So... I've been to just about every Ross in San Diego County... Certainly one of the Wifeys and kids favorite places... One tends to expect to receive mediocre or even fare Customer service in exchange for being able to pay 50% or more Off retail price... So, I was kinda thrown a curve ball when when The Fitting room attendant lady greeted us with a smile and complimented to my wife how pretty she was and that she thought she'd look great in the outfit she was going to try on. When my wife came out to show us, I put in my smile and told my wife she looked great... I know better than not to being her husband. The employee Sonya took a look and said something along the lines of maybe a different top would go better and that she knew the perfect one... She came back with a top that my wife would usually probably not wear. However, Sonya gave her the confidence to try it and at our last house party get together. She received countless comments on how beautiful she looked... Needless to say, that Vista Ross is now our one and only Ross now... Sonya is now my wifes new unofficial Outfit consultant and has also now become a new friend! From what I can see, this is how she tries to treat all of her customers... And I am a happier man because of all this! Thank you Sonya!!!”
