2 hours to get some blood drawn, the whole waiting room filled.Got there 0815, check in on the robot kiosk, get called in at 0920 to verify address and insurance. Wait 40 more minutes till called in the back. Blood drawn within a few more minutes.Not a very good experience from a patient's perspective.

Went in with no appt, signed in at the kiosk, Wanda asked a few questions that I answered, sat down and waited for about 15 minutes, got called in, tech took my blood, had results the next morning. Good service, no problems. It's a busy office; everyone is working hard.
