“Noe's tires are a great deal. I appreciate them answering my phone call and seeing me immediately for tire service. I was offered to view the tires first and move forward with an installation. This how I want to get my tires. Only issue was cash only. But no big deal!”

“After being given vague answers at a different repair drop, they helped me diagnose an air conditioning leak for a reasonable price as well as getting my gas recharged. Thanks to their service, I was able to get the gas removed after finding the leak and put back in again all covered under the same service. Kind and compassionate guys I would highly recommend.”

“RC Auto and Smog may be one of the last honest auto repair shops left in this day and age. Robert, the owner, is of outstanding character and has only ever recommended repairs that I need. If I don't need something repaired on my vehicle, he will communicate that with me and he will.let me know when to bring my vehicle back to have this or that done. He is NOT about the money. He is strictly about pleasing his customers. I have ALWAYS been VERY pleased with my experiences at RC Auto and Smog. “Update: went back for the first time in a few years, it's up to 92 with a coupon which is actually not that bad considering how much everything else is going up everywhere else. In and out in 15 minutes once I got my spot. They've got two bays that seem fully staffed so the wait time is pretty predictable.
Valvoline's charge for a full synthetic oil change has crested the hundred dollar mark in the last year. Even with a coupon, it's $85... pretty pricey.
The whole reason to use them is speed and convenience, neither of which this one delivered.
I pulled into this one, a very nice young man (the impetus for the second star) told me they were just wrapping up the SUV in front of me. They had three bays, one was off-line and two had big SUVs in them.
18 minutes later, same young man came out to talk to me. Turns out they were still working on both vehicles. I didn't seem much activity around them; usually, these joints are like ballets. He apologized, but time is money. I left.
I don't think I will never return to a Valvoline... maybe the one in Santa Ana on Harbor. I think the future is in places that take appointments.”
“I did quite a bit of searching online for tires and WalMart had the best price by $200, and being on a budget it was a no brainer for me. The install added just under $100, and although I hadn't done any auto work at WalMart and the reviews here were not that great, I decided to take a chance. I scheduled an install appt after the tires were expected to be delivered. I needed to reschedule 2x after that and it was so simple with no added fees. Today was the day, and I called ahead of time to ask if they would have any issues with my car being lowered. The guy on the phone said they have had to turn folks away from being lowered, but it depends on the height. I showed up and the Tech I spoke said it wouldn't be an issue. I had my lug nut key ready and they checked me in with no issues. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready in 1.5hrs with nothing broken and no extra fees! I would definitely go there again for the same service. I can't speak for oil changes or other mechanical maint, but for the tire replacement, I can vouch for them. ?”

“Bad news...Bad news...Bad news....no, there's no bad news. Seems every morning my daughter and granddaughter, even my wife...did you hear this guy git run over?, did you hear the collapse of the? Etc etc. Well guys, sorry, no bad news here, just service you can count on, honesty from beginning to end, I guess just boring news, lol. But really, it's all about honesty up front and knowing where you're at, and they'll tell you. There you have it.
