“I had ordered a bunch of items to promote my guitar building business, I received the order quickly, I am very happy with the shirts, business card, labels and such. The printing was perfect, all the items are of high quality.However, one item was missing, (I believe it was coming from another vendor? ) I used their very simple on-line chat where I had the pleasure to "meet" Ella May. She was awesome. She quickly found the problem and solved it. Then she assured me that she would personally follow this one item along it's way.Everybody makes mistakes, and this was just before christmas so I can imagine the folks out there were facing insanity. HOW someone corrects their mistakes is key.My business, Blamo's Omniscient Garage, is growing fast. I certainly will be buying more from Vista Print.”
