I've started going out of my way to use this UPS store instead of using the one closer to me (Plaza Paseo Real near Vons is Terrible Service). Everytime I walk into the Palomar location the employees are so nice and helpful, greeting me right away. The owner Anna is so kind and helpful. She has helped me package many expensive art pieces for me and I was so happy with the services provided. I can't express enough it is worth the extra minutes to drive out of your way to do business here!”

“I forgot my luggage tag backings (business card sized images on 100lb. paper) for my exhibit at a conference, and it made my give away moot. L+L Printers bent over backwards to help me out. Not many companies could or would try to pull off an order receipt at 7am and delivery at noon. The luggage tags worked out very well and the timing was the best it could possibly have been thanks to their ability to jump on the order. Prices are as to be expected. Instore and online prices can vary, so often I'll check and if the online prices are cheaper, order online and then do a 1 hour pickup. Save money and earn miles and points. Win, win! Employees are helpful and mostly happy and there usually isn't much wait. Parking can be tricky because it's surrounded by restaurants and there's just one entrance into and out of the strip mall. Sometimes it's easier to park on the side of the store than in front.”

“I absolutely love how easy and convenient this Postal Annex is. I frequently stop over on mylunch to mail packages for work, so I'm usually crunched for time. Sometimes there are quite a few people in the store, but I've never waited long. There are lots of cute trinket type things to look at while you're waiting too.I've always lucked out and gotten the same worker Krystal when I come in. She is super helpful, friendly and funny. She really interacts great with the customers! She moves fast and knows that she is doing. Great job Postal Annex!”
