“Everytime we go in we recieve amazing service. Depending on the time you go, you might be able to walk right in or you may have to wait in line. No matter the situation Gina always welcomes everyone with a sincere smile and greeting. I've seen people be unhappy and be rude to her because of mailing issues and she still keeps her calm and continues to be courteous. She is a phenomenal employee. People should understand that the workers are just doing there job. They shouldn't be yelled at because of the fee to ship or a lost package. It's not the front ends fault.”

“Nice new and fresh place. Excellent service. I took some very important papers to staples and they said the papers all were sent. Out of 11 very important papers only 1 sent. This isn't the first time, Staples needs new meat. Sierra mail is the go to place in jackson!!!!!”
