“Mandy and Fernando quickly arranged a time to address a few minor issues in my apartment, including replacing a light. Everything was left clean, and I especially appreciated that they double-locked my door when finished.”
“Deeba is wonderful to work with! She is very kind, personable, and on top of any issues that may arise. I have lived here for going on 5 years, and there is a very good reason why we stay. If there has ever been any issues with our place, the office has always been proactive and gets it handled immediately. Danielle and Taliaya (I’m so sorry for the misspelling) have also been wonderful to work with as well. Christian is a great maintenance person, making sure all of the homes are safe and working properly. Everyone that works here has always been very polite and professional, and they always try to do everything in their power to make our lives easier.
Overall, the property and the staff are great, and we are renewing our lease to stay here for another year. Thank you Plum Tree for making our living experience seamless and easy!”

After I emailed the manager, they responded quickly, sent a handyman, and replaced it with a new one shortly after. Really appreciate the fast service!”

“Horrible place to live.Roaches everywhere.parking is terrible.They have constant problems with leaking water heaters and pipes .Dangerous mold growing in the walls of apartments and they dont do anything to fix it.”
