Worst service ever. Most incompetent ape store I do not recommend bringing your devices here for repair. You will never see your product again and all they have to say for themselves is sorry for the delay.

I had the worst experience with this store buying a IPhone 16 Pro Max and IPhone 16 pro. After purchasing 3 phones and spending nearly $6,000 I am on the phone on hold with Apple Walnut Creek for the past 48 minutes.
1. I purchased 3 iPhone 16s on launch day.
2. I picked up my iPhone 16 pro max at the Walnut Creek Apple Store. Waited in line despite having an appointment and their Apple Store WiFi was so slow they recommended going home to get the iPhone connected with iCloud. I purchased AppleCare in store for $269/year as the rep suggested. I was told if I return the phone I’ll need to call in to return the AppleCare as they can’t refund it in store. The rep said the Pro Max and Pro were the same weight. Wrong.
3. The pro max gave me wrist pain so I returned it to the Walnut Creek Apple Store keeping the IPhone 16 Pro. Upon returning at the last table to the left of the store, the young women said she couldn’t refund the apple care and to call a Apple phone number.
4. I left the store and called the Apple phone number to be routed 3 times over a hour on the phone and told they can’t return the apple care as the store needs to return the apple care since it’s within 14 days of purchase.
5. I call the Apple Walnut Creek phone number and am out on hold for over half an hour and am still on hold now.
This is truly a terrible buying experience. Their staff gave me false information and I’m getting the run around.

I came here during my lunch break today to buy a new iPhone, I was in a hurry as time was tight, I just wanted to pay and get a black 16 as soon as possible, I have no problem queuing in a long line, but I just spent a long time to enter the main door and explained my purpose to the waiter, he actually asked me to queue up at the back door again, then the staff at the back door asked me to queue up at the main door again, my god, I just came here to buy a phone, why must a simple thing be complicated, and there was no staff to help me throughout the whole process, by the way, if you want to buy a certain product, try to go online, don't come to this store, it will make simple things complicated, the employees in this store are really well paid.

Went to exchange a large watch band for a medium watch band. After receiving my new watch and medium watch band. The guy helping me took the watch charger out of my new watch kit. I said I can't keep the charger that comes with the watch? He said to me (maybe next time). If you wanted to make a customer that just spend near $1,000 on your product feel really unimportant. You nailed it. What was that nickel and dime crap? Maybe next time about a watch charger? What a terrible experience. Went from hero to zero.

Came in today to get my air pods looked at because one air pod was not connecting to anything. The gentlemen working there took my information and said it would be a 10 minute wait and they would text me when they were ready. I waited for 30 minutes and then left because I even saw people who came in after me get helped before me. It's been over 5 hours now and they still have not texted me. Had I told them that I was there to purchase something, I'm sure I would have been helped sooner. I don't mind if they had told me it would be a 20 or 30 minute wait that way I could schedule for a different day or come at later time but to make me wait 30 minutes when I was told it would be 10 and still to not receive any notification throughout the day is just unprofessional. I don't usually leave reviews but this ruined my day because I had to come during my lunch time from work and hoped it would be quick fix or even a new purchase of some new air pods. Thank you Apple Walnut Creek for wasting my time.
