Let me start off by saying this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any establishment. I walked in I first told the man that was working there that I was waiting on someone to come in he was like okay but put your name on the waiting list. After walking back in forth in front of me rudely he said what do you need anyways. I told him that I need my sim unlocked but I do have the both phones he kept asking the same question about wdym unlock the sim. I ended up just showing and he was like no that’s something else basically shouting at me. I told him are you joking don’t yell at me he then rudely told me that it would take 3 days for someone to do it and then I just left. I got in done that same day in no less that 30 min from the provider I was transferring too.
I also like to mention I was with my elderly grandmother that was just trying to transfer to a cheaper phone line from another provider. I would not recommended this store or this company for there serious customer service issues.

I've been here before, but this Wednesday was nuts.
I was #2 on the waitlist and still waited ovwr 90minutes to just PICK UP a phone! It was insane.
I should have left but had no option as I needed the phone I bought!
I love that they are helping people, but when 4 sales people are each sitting with 1 person for 90minutes each, that can't make business sense. I won't come back to this location.

Robert was awesome he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with an activated phone after spending 3 hours texting att customer service app people . I was frustrated and annoyed getting no where with their chat representative. If Robert would not have asked me if I had signed in. My wait would have been a few hours.
ATT needs more people like Robert.. He's very professional, polite, and prompt making sure his customers are not waiting to be helped a long time. There were 4 other employees that were on the same shift 2 of the girls were either new or just didn’t care about their job. Anyhow, I appreciate your help Robert!!!
Ps. The music wasn't that bad. Haha!

I don’t recommend using AT&T. They’re based out in China. There’s no one who can resolve a problem when you have one and they hire people that will give you bad information.

Michael Vargas at the AT&T store in Walnut Creek gives amazing support! He went beyond the call of duty to ensure my account was taken care of and knows his business. I’d recommend and would buy a phone, tablet, internet & TV service from Michael again!

Max was so friendly, very helpful and patient. Didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision at all and took the time to explain things to me. He helped me figure out the cost for a new phone and gave me quotes for when I go back to set up a family plan. He wrote everything down for me and made sure I understood how to set up my new phone when I got home. Exceptional customer service, thank you Max!

Overall, a useless store if you are going in for the internet service and cable. Plenty of misinformation given to me to end the service due to moving. Specifically told me I could only cancel services by calling, not by app. Guess what? The phone service said we could have ended service by app and not gone through the hassle of calling for 3 hours. I am sure the store is fine for buying a cell phone and applying for cell services but that is it.
Other qualms is the location is not good for handicap access with a lack of handicap parking nearby and paid parking being in a very narrow entrance parking lot that has an even narrower curve. The store is also understaffed for a weekday, which seemed to be a problem with the "queue" system not matching store layout.

All of the people there were amazing! Micheal and Zachary helped me set up my new iPhone 15 pro! They helped me set everything up and transfer all the data from my 13. All the staff were nice and friendly, Thanks!

I had a iPhone 12 that had a cracked screen. Dalia was very helpful. She found that I was eligible for an upgrade so I got a new phone at almost 50% off. Thank you Dalia.
