Have you ever been "served" by a representative for a company and they seemingly acted like they were "doing you a favor" by even getting out of their chair. There is a reason jobs can be done better by AI; this store featured a manager named "Collier" whose one skill was jumping into someone else's conversation uninvited. She lazily passed her colleague to "help me" and yet on multiple occasions insisted on getting her two cents in when I was obviously upset. No apologies. No concession. No reconciliation. No actual listening.Try another store.

Ms Sarah Elliott,Was very welcoming and patient while assisting both myself and granddaughter with our purchase of a a new cell and adding a new line to my existing account. I would definitely refer to her as a awesome customer service representative !!Thank you Sarah!!

Getting a new line for new comers can be tricky. However, the At&t representative, Job, made it very easy. He made effort to clarify the best package and price for us. Many thanks.

They left out one essential detail in the sale and that was that if I pay off the phone, I loose the benefit of the trade in. They quoted me a $350 trade in on my XR. I specifically noted to the sales Agent, Devon, that sometimes I travel abroad for extended periods and will need the phone’s SIM unlocked. He said the only option for that would be for me to pay it off. Ok that’s fine but when I went in the next day to return the XR after the transfer of data to the new phone I was told that the real trade in value was $80, that the $350 was a promotion and if I paid it off, I would loose the promotion benefit. Well it would have been nice to know the real trade in value from Devon. At the outset and I would have kept the phone and transferred it to another line. I was defrauded by a sales rep who left out essential details applicable to a specific situation I asked him about. Pretty lousy. Avoid this store, they are shifty.

We went in to add a new line to our service among other things. Julia was so nice and friendly and helped us with everything quickly and efficiently. She went above and beyond and even gave ny daughter the personal case from her old phone (that got the one we purchased) since we weren't going to buy one there. We were really happy with our visit!

I walked in the store and literally no employee even acknowledged my existance for 20 minutes. They just kept talking with current customers. Finally another custoner walked in and a rep looked up and said let me check you in. So I stood up and said i also want to check in, since ive been waiting. She said ok and took my name. Another 20 minutes later and no further acknowledgment. Terrible customer service.

Had no idea this location was even here! Glad we found it as we were able to walk over from Apple Store to get new watch set up with cellular (transfer from old watch to new watch). Dee went above and beyond with her customer service. She not only helped us to transfer the cellular to new watch but was able to correct the issue the service person caused (they cancelled our existing cell service #). Dee was quick to get things back in order for us and even offered to help set up the new watch to ensure it worked correctly right down to putting the new band on for us! She was so professional, patient and kind! Good service is hard to be found and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you Dee!! You were so nice and patient. We definitely will drive back out to this location to have service she provided.

Went into the store, two people in front of me and 5 associates working. Was told 20 mins. Both people in front of me wanted to buy cases. 30 mins later, 3 associates disappear and I'm still just sitting there. Ya, I'm out and I'll try online.

I changed my phone service to AT&T to take advantage of the veterans discount. I opened the account in my name and was told to submit information about my husband's service. I submitted it online no action. I brought it in to the store in Alamo and they couldn't handle it. They sent me to Walnut Creek, a customer service store . I went to Walnut Creek and was told proof was not enough . The account needs to be in the veterans name. So now I need to bring my husband/veteran into the office to prove for the third time that he is a veteran . We have to change everything on the account to be in his name.

They made so difficult online. The rep finally told me to go to a retail store. I went to a retail store and Walnut Creek and they told me they didn't have any iPhone 15's not a good experience.
