Excellent service from Mimi and team. Had a great experience. Thank you. Polite, responsive. Clean cars. Iād rather drive 30 minutes to come here for my long-term rental needs than go to the very badly run and arrogant San Ramon branch of Avis.

What a great customer service by Mimi - she went over and above - she called me to make sure I knew they would close at noon on Saturday and waited for me until I arrived and saved me a big trouble
Thank you Mimi for your help š
