“Excellent service from Mimi and team. Had a great experience. Thank you. Polite, responsive. Clean cars. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to come here for my long-term rental needs than go to the very badly run and arrogant San Ramon branch of Avis.”

“Had a great experience renting a Taycan for the weekend. Malik was super helpful in helping me get the car I wanted and Vincent’s service at drop-off was excellent. The car was almost brand new and a lot of fun to drive. Recommended!”

“I rented a truck and trailer for a 4 state move to Wyoming. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady in the office. She had all my stuff ready to go. We went over the paperwork and I paid for the rental. She answered every question I had. I would totally recommend Budget Truck rental. They have very fair prices and amazing staff.”

“One of the smoothest transactions both picking up and dropping off. I prepaid via the budget app and my credit was checked due to me choosing to use my debit card. All went well.”

“Advice: always, always call ahead to confirm your reservation availability. Because car inventory is constantly being seized by other locations, your reservation might not get fulfilled. To get them on the phone, I was able to break through the automated voice rep by selecting the 'other' option (for repair shops and partners). Small team doing the best they can. Good location, close enough to downtown Walnut Creek.”
