“Renting a car can often bring anxiety to one's day, but I have not had one negative experience with Avis Walnut Creek, and I have rented from this location at least twice every month for the past 7-8 yrs. Even when they're super busy or if/when I don't receive the exact car I reserved online, the empathetic staff works hard while trying to get people on their way. They are totally professional and accommodating (within reason), and can only control what they can control -- such as available inventory.”

Griffin Synder greeted me right away, and after I explained that I needed a car quickly to pick up my elderly parents from the airport, he immediately took care of it.
