“Great customer service! We had just bought out first home a wanted to put some carpet in upstairs. We placed the order a little late and was supposed to be delivered after we moved in. Not a big deal. The the carpet arrived in Union city on time and he sent someone to go get it and install next day. A whole week early! Actual price was cheaper than the estimate. 10/10. Will recommend to anyone and everyone”

We had outstanding customer services from floor selection, purchase, final delivery to care/maintenance guide from Prosource team. Jimmy who helped us with our purchase was knowledgeable and understood our needs very well including price matching. His team also accommodated us to hold the new floor materials in their warehouse a more than a month due to our home renovation timelines. Dana was super helpful and offered her assistance/guidance where needed. All the staff at the Prosource office are very professional and care about their customers' need.

We worked with Kevin Coker at S&G Carpet for an old carpet removal and re-install with brand new carpet. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we got the upscale product we were looking for and made the whole process seamless and carefree.
We had some heavy furniture in our bedrooms that needed to be moved for the carpet removal and then placed back in its original position after the new carpet was installed. Kevin's team took great care to make sure this happened in a thoughtful, careful manner. Walking back in felt like total magic, a lift we'd needed for far too long.
